Lead Times

We aim to package and ship in-stock items within 2-5 working days. Items with longer lead times are stated as such in the item description.

Inspection

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to design and package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur. Please review our terms and conditions for repairs, replacements, and warranties.

US Domestic Shipping

Orders placed online ship via the options posted for each item and are priced based on weight and quantity. Synecdoche will ship via the type selected but does not have control over any delays or disruptions after being handed off to the delivery service. Freight includes crate and lift gate only when requested. Delivery is during standard delivery hours; Synecdoche cannot schedule for specific times. Tracking information will be provided, and the purchaser is responsible for being available to receive items.

International Shipping

Returns

Return Costs

Buyer to pay shipping return costs for items that do not qualify under warranty and are eligible for return. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the cost of the original item.

30 Days to Return

Items under $100 may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A return request form is required to begin the process. All sales are final for items over $100.
